1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at www.shiftbysofia.com and the coaching services provided by SM Strategic Minds Marketing, trading as Shift by Sofia ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. SERVICES

Shift by Sofia offers transformational life coaching services ("Services") delivered online via video call.

Our Services include:

• A free Discovery Call (45–60 minutes) to explore fit and goals
• Coaching packages of 5 or 10 sessions
• Custom packages and one-off sessions available on request

Coaching is a professional partnership focused on personal development, clarity, and goal achievement. It is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, or medical treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or address mental health conditions.

If at any point during the coaching relationship it becomes apparent that therapy or another professional service would be more appropriate, we will communicate this openly and responsibly.

3. THE COACHING RELATIONSHIP

3.1 The client is responsible for setting their own agenda and goals. The coach will not direct, advise, or tell the client what to do.

3.2 Coaching outcomes depend significantly on the client's own commitment, honesty, and willingness to engage fully in the process.

3.3 We make no guarantees of specific results. Coaching is a personal development process and results will vary between individuals.

3.4 All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as strictly confidential. Confidentiality will only be broken where required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm to the client or others.

3.5 Both parties agree to treat each other with respect and professionalism throughout the coaching relationship.

4. BOOKING AND PAYMENT

4.1 The Discovery Call is free of charge and carries no obligation to purchase further services.

4.2 All coaching packages must be paid in full before the first session begins. Sessions will not commence until payment has been received and confirmed.

4.3 Payment is accepted online via Stripe and Revolut. Alternative payment methods may be provided upon request.

4.4 Prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4.5 By purchasing a coaching package, you agree to these Terms in full.

5. SCHEDULING AND SESSIONS

5.1 Sessions are conducted online via Google Meet. Alternative options may be arranged upon request.

5.2 Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred times within our availability.

5.3 The typical session cadence is once every one to two weeks, though this may be adjusted by mutual agreement.

5.4 Sessions are 60 minutes in duration unless otherwise agreed.

5.5 Purchased sessions must be used within 6 months of the date of purchase. Sessions not used within this period will be forfeited without refund unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

6.1 We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

6.2 Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be counted as a completed session and deducted from your package, unless the cancellation is due to an emergency or exceptional circumstance at our discretion.

6.3 If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative time. No session will be deducted in this case.

7. REFUND POLICY

In summary:

• The Discovery Call is free. No payment, no refund applicable.
• Refund requests for coaching packages must be submitted in writing via email.
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1 All content on our website including text, design, graphics, and materials is the property of SM Strategic Minds Marketing and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written permission.

8.3 Any materials, worksheets, or resources provided during coaching sessions are for personal use only and may not be shared or reproduced without permission.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services or website.

9.2 Our total liability to you in connection with our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant coaching package.

9.3 We are not responsible for any decisions made by the client as a result of the coaching process. All decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. WEBSITE USE

10.1 You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

10.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website at any time without notice.

10.3 We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on our website but make no warranties as to its completeness or accuracy.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
