Integration & Action

Between sessions, you reflect, experiment, and apply. Real change is built through consistent awareness over time, not one breakthrough conversation.

I'm Sofia Mashovets, an ICF certified transformational life coach. I spent years in marketing roles - from being a junior exec and copywriter to CMO across multiple companies and continents, getting promoted and leaving, achieving things and feeling nothing, and generally ignoring every sign that I was in the wrong lane.

Eventually I stopped ignoring them. Now I help people do the same thing — just faster and with less frustration.

Coaching or therapy: what's the difference?

It's a fair question. Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. Therapy explores the past and addresses clinical concerns. Both have their place. If you're unsure which you need, we can talk about it.
