1. OVERVIEW

We want our coaching relationship to be built on trust and mutual commitment. This policy sets out clearly what happens in the event of cancellations, rescheduling, and refund requests.

By purchasing any coaching package from Shift by Sofia, you agree to the terms of this policy.

2. DISCOVERY CALL

The Discovery Call is free of charge. No payment is taken and no refund is applicable. You may cancel or reschedule your Discovery Call at any time without consequence.

3. COACHING PACKAGES — PREPAYMENT

All coaching packages are prepaid in full before the first session begins. This reflects a mutual commitment to the coaching process and secures your sessions.

4. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING OF INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

4.1 We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a booked session.

4.2 Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice will be rescheduled at no charge and no session will be deducted from your package.

4.3 Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be counted as a completed session and deducted from your package. This policy exists because last-minute cancellations are difficult to fill and represent lost time for both parties.

4.4 Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases of genuine emergency or exceptional circumstances. Please contact us as soon as possible if this applies to you.

4.5 If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will give as much notice as possible and offer an alternative time at your convenience. No session will be deducted in this case.

5. NO-SHOWS

If you do not attend a scheduled session without any prior notice, the session will be counted as completed and deducted from your package. No refund or replacement session will be provided.

6. REFUND REQUESTS

6.1 Due to the nature of coaching services, we do not offer refunds on completed sessions.

6.2 If you wish to discontinue your coaching package before all sessions have been used, you may submit a refund request in writing to sofia@shiftbysofia.com.

6.3 Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Where a refund is approved, it will be calculated based on the number of unused sessions at the per-session rate of the package purchased.

6.4 Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the last completed session.

6.5 Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

7. PACKAGE EXPIRY

Purchased sessions must be used within 6 months of the date of purchase. Sessions not used within this period will be forfeited without refund, unless an extension has been agreed in writing due to exceptional circumstances.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason ("cooling-off period").

However, please note that by booking and attending your first coaching session within the 14-day cooling-off period, you expressly consent to the service beginning before the end of the withdrawal period. In this case, your right of withdrawal is waived for the portion of the service already delivered.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal before any session has taken place, please notify us in writing within 14 days of purchase. A full refund will be issued within 14 business days.

9. HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION OR REFUND

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to Sofia Mashovets directly.

Please include:

— Your full name

— Date of purchase

— Package purchased

— Reason for cancellation or refund request

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and respond in full within 7 business days.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The current version will always be available on our website at [LINK].
