Self-sabotage isn't self-destruction. It's a coping mechanism your subconscious built to meet a need that isn't being met any other way. We start by identifying what that need actually is.
Most self-sabotaging patterns trace back to old rules: messages about success, visibility, effort, money, being "too much," or not being enough. We trace the pattern to its root.
We confirm the goal is actually yours, then look directly at what changing will cost you. Naming the cost removes its power.
This is where we rebuild. We find healthier ways to meet the need from week 1, and start the shift from who you've been to who you're becoming.
Motivation fades. Willpower runs out. We build a structure where the right behavior is the easiest one, so progress doesn't depend on how strong you feel that day.

No. Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. We're not treating a clinical condition, we're working on the patterns keeping you stuck. If at any point it looks like therapy would serve you better, I'll tell you directly.
That's exactly what the discovery call is for. We talk before you commit to anything, and you only move forward if it feels right on both sides.
Most approaches address the behavior directly: stop procrastinating, build better habits. This program starts one layer deeper, at the need the behavior is protecting. If you've fixed the surface before and watched it come back, this is why.
Expect to spend time with the worksheets and reflection between calls. The work between sessions is where most of the actual change happens, not in the room.
